TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ACCOMMODATION IN LA CASA DE TURISMO RURAL LLANO CAMPO.
The customer must accept these conditions at the time of registration of booking the accommodation or argue which does not agree.

BOOKINGS:
On formalizing the booking, the customer will pay 30% of the total accommodation. The remaining balance be paid the arrival day or next.
To realize the reservation the customer must provide their data, name, ID number, date of birth, address, nationality, email and mobile phone.
Reservations will be confirmed only if the corresponding payment has been paid, being only valid for people and dates indicated.
The cancellation of the reservation, 31 or more days prior to arrival, will refund 100% of the prepaid amount. In the event of cancellation, 30 days or less before arrival, don’t will refund of the amount paid.
The reservation cancellation policy will also apply to possible changes in dates.
If the owner cancel or modifi a booking, will contact with the customer as soon as possible to inform you. If the owner cancel a reservation, any amount already paid shall be refunded. However, it is not obliged to reimburse the fees paid to third parties in relation to their travel, vacation, ... (including fees of travel, entertainment, activities, insurance, ...)

SCHEDULES OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:

If not arrive, at most, at noon the day following to the date of arrival and not to notify to the contact person arriving late, the owner might consider that the customer have canceled your reservation, in which case the owner no would have obligation any to reimburse the payment has already paid.
CONSERVATION:
The house is clean, in perfect condition of conservation and habitability, the supplies and services are in perfect working order.
The client must leave the House and common facilities in the same condition in which was. The client agree not to damage the walls, doors, windows or anything else of The House, and do nothing that can reasonably be considered damage or inconvenience to property or to adjacent properties, and neighbors. Also, the customer agrees to ensure that all group members comply with these standards.
It committed to maintaining and let the Establishment and its content (including items such as kitchen equipment, dishware and glassware) clean and in good condition.
During the stay, the cleaning is borne by the customer. If The House is returned in bad conditions cleaning or order, both outdoors and indoors, the cost would be required.
USE:
The client can not perform at The House, annoying, unhealthy, noxious, dangerous or illegal activities. Nor can store flammable, explosive or corrosive materials and / or develop in it commercial or industrial activities.

If any of these conditions is incumpled, be deemed to has violated this Conditioning and will ask to the client to leave the property, no having the obligation to reimburse the fees than have already been paid.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The owner will not be breach these Terms and Conditions of the booking, nor will be responsible for the delay in its performance, when the lack is derived from any event of force majeure, including, among other circumstances, floods, fires, accidents and others. Also, if on such cases, the client can not enjoy your accommodation, will be refunded the entire amount paid.
Will be excluded responsibilities for the owner:
- The thefts or losses that guests may suffer; damages or injuries that may occur during your stay in the housing; cut of the supplies of electricity, water or phone for cause are out.
- The malfunction or breakdown of household appliances or other apparatus which forms part of The House. The cliente should immediately to make the notification for to avise to the appropriate technical service, but the no assistance or delay of this service will not will be reason for compensation.
- The works that, public administrations or other companies outside the House, can perform in the vicinity and that could affect the normal development of the client's stay.
